Rivers Cuomo, the front man, singer, guitarist, and song writer of Weezer, just uploaded a ton of acoustic cover songs to his YouTube channel on the sly. They span all the different genres and range from ‘Hey Ya’ by Outkast to ‘Creep’ by Radiohead, and Post Malone’s ‘Congratulations’ to ‘Hotel California’ by The Eagles.
Normally, a large drop of new acoustic covers from someone like Weezer‘s Rivers Cuomo would come with some sort of announcement. Or at the very least it would come with clues as to why he released the acoustic covers. But he just uploaded these songs without much fanfare and allowed his diehard fans to find them on their own.

If you are looking for some Rivers Cuomo acoustic covers then firstly, what an incredible coincidence this is, but secondly, you have come to the right place. I first came across this news not because I’m in the habit of constantly checking Rivers Cuomo’s YouTube page for acoustic covers but because I happened to scroll past a post from Consequence by Travis Bland that caught Cuomo’s secret music drop. And I’m fortunate I saw it!
It wouldn’t make sense to include all of the Rivers Cuomo acoustic covers here. That would simply cause this web page to load slowly and you wouldn’t be happy about that at all. Instead, I’ve pulled a few of my favorites. To find and listen to all of them, simply click through on any videos to head over to his channel and you can search his recent uploads.
