Ever since taking on the role of Captain Marvel in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Academy Award-winning actress Brie Larson has become one of the most in-shape actresses in Hollywood, as evidenced by the constant workout routines she posts to social media.

Earlier this week, for example, Larson showed off her sculpted post-exercise physique by rocking a tight workout outfit during a trip to a recovery cryo chamber. The 33-year-old also shared a mirror selfie of herself on her Instagram Story with the caption “Live footage of my post-workout floor decompression routine.”

Larson has certainly had a busy few days on Instagram — where she currently has over 7 million followers — as also she shared a photo that showed off her legs and her Pikmin, which is a game on Nintendo that Larson evidently likes playing. Larson is such a Nintendo fan, in fact, that she’s actually a brand ambassador for the Japanese video game company.

After making her debut as Tess in the Fast & Furious franchise with her appearance in Fast X earlier this year, Larson will next be seen starring in the MCU film The Marvels, which will be the final movie that Marvel Studios releases in 2023.

Due to the ongoing actors’ strike, however, Larson likely won’t be able to do any press unless an agreement between the AMTPT and SAG-AFTRA can be reached.

The Marvels isn’t the only project that Larson has due out in the coming months, though, as she’ll also be starring in the AppleTV+ series Lessons In Chemistry, which is based on the hit 2022 Bonnie Garmus novel of the same name, and lending her voice to the Netflix animated series Scott Pilgrim Takes Off.

Lessons in Chemistry — which is set to premiere on Friday, October 13 — though, is particularly notable as it’s Larson’s first starring role in a live-action television series.
