What’s up, everyone? Brandon here. A week ago, I asked you guys about some of your favorite photographer accounts on Instagram. You guys really delivered. We’re all about Bros living their best lives, so I thought we’d start a new daily column here on BroBible. Introducing BroBible’s DAILY VISUALS, a column we’ll publish every week day that features badass Instagram photographers.
We really want BroBible to be a digital destination that inspire wanderlust and adventure, so I can’t think of a better way to promote that ethos than by featuring the people capturing the world behind a camera. If you’d like to be featured, please drop me an e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org or DM BroBible on Instagram.
Kicking it off our very first DAILY VISUALS is Kyle Loftus, who goes by @kalvisuals on Instagram. Kyle is a filmmaker and photographer capturing his adventures all over the world. Check out his most recent short film, Mother Earth Ep. 1. It was created from a two week long road trip through Washington and Oregon traveling all along the middle as well as the coast of both the states. The trip covered Olympic National Park, Mt. Rainier National Park, Mt. Hood National Forest, Crater Lake National Park and much much more.
About Kal, in his own words:
My name is Kal and I’m an adventure & lifestyle filmmaker & photographer based out of the US. I live to create. I’m addicted to my craft and find myself never leaving the office. The world is my office. As a visual storyteller, I’m motivated to create each and every day so, that I may inspire others to live out their dreams. Most people believe their failures and doubt their successes. People have a natural tendency to pity themselves. They figure it’s easier to believe in their faults than to challenge their will to succeed. Don’t be like most people. Dare to be great. Dare to be different and do the unthinkable. Don’t be afraid to unsettle life’s balance, even the universe could use a good kick in the ass every once and awhile.

Check out these beautiful jellyfish I saw up close and personal at the awesome @montereybayaquarium oh and I’ve got a new tutorial up on setting up your own 3 point lighting setup for under $250. As a filmmaker you always have to weigh the options on purchases, gear, upgrades etc. Which can often lead to lighting getting pushed to the bottom of the list. Don’t fret over lighting, check out this simple setup for a professional look that won’t break the bank. And I bet you’ll be surprised by 2 of the lights I use. 😉
