Colby Covington absolutely dominated veteran Robbie Lawler for five rounds in their fight at UFC Newark.
After the fight during his interview in the cage Colby made a joke about how Lawler should have gotten off the train tracks like his friend Matt Hughes.
"Robbie should have learned a lesson from his buddy Matt Hughes. You stay off the tracks when the train is coming through. Doesn't matter if it's the Trump train or the Colby train, stay out the way." – Colby Covington #UFCNewark

For those that don’t remember, Matt Hughes was hospitalized for a long time after getting hit by a train back in 2017.
Via Sporting News
Illinois State Police said Hughes drove onto railroad tracks in Hillsboro, Ill., around 10:45 a.m. on June 16 even though the gates were down, signaling an oncoming train. The train hit Hughes’ vehicle on the passenger side. Miletich provided additional details of the wreck.
The Internet was not happy with Covington’s joke.
UFC Hall of Famer Matt Hughes suffered serious brain injuries when his truck was hit by a train. Colby Covington just defeated Hughes' friend Robbie Lawler and used that accident as fuel for post-fight trash talk. What a classless jerk Covington is. https://t.co/Gu1xuabvpH
