Coming To HBO In April: ‘I Know This Much is True, It: Chapter 2, Atlanta’s Missing and Murdered’ And More

Coming to HBO Now April 2020

HBO - Warner Bros

We truly are living in the golden age of television, aren’t we? And thank goodness considering our current situation. There are more good shows and movies available now than ever before in history. And it’s all thanks to our favorite online streaming services.

Speaking of our favorite online streaming services, here’s what’s new for the month of April 2020 on HBO Now.

This month starts off with the premieres of I Know This Much is True, starring Mark Ruffalo, which follows identical twin brothers in a family saga that follows their parallel lives in an epic story of betrayal, sacrifice and forgiveness; Run, a romantic comedic thriller starring Merritt Wever and Domhnall Gleeson; and HBO Films’ Bad Education, which stars Hugh Jackman and Allison Janney in a story inspired by true events about an embezzlement scheme that surfaces and threatens to destroy a popular Long Island school district’s reputation.

April also marks the finale of The Plot Against America and the end of the fourth season of High Maintenance. Hit theatricals include horror flick It: Chapter 2 with Jessica Chastain, James McAvoy and Bill Hader, coming-of-age comedy Good Boys, and Stuber with Kumail Nanjiani. American Pie, Die Hard, Slumdog Millionaire, The Kids Are Alright, and The Lovely Bones also premiere on HBO during the month.

Plus, it’s your last chance to watch Mary Queen of Scots, Mr. Bean’s Holiday, Rush Hour 2, and The Object of My Affection before the films leave the streaming service at the end of April.
