The ongoing beef between superstar rappers Drake and Kendrick Lamar may well have reached a tipping point on Tuesday morning when Toronto police responded to a shooting outside the Canadian rapper’s home.

Toronto police confirmed the incident on Twitter and reported that one man was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries while a suspect fled in a vehicle.

The Canadian rapper’s feud with the Kendirck Lamar led to several  public accusations ranging from hiding a (second) child to pedophilia. Both of which Drake has vehemently denied.

Lamar claimed Drake has a secret daughter, gambling and drug addictions, that he has predators on his label’s payroll. Drake accused Lamar of physical violence against his fiancee and alleged that one of Lamar and his fiancee’s children was actually fathered by Kendrick’s longtime friend and associate, Dave Free.

Lamar also featured Drake’s mansion on the cover of his track “Not Like Us,” where he alleges that several sexual predators live and spend time at the home.

Fans were shocked by the news.

Neither Drake nor his team offered a statement on the incident.

UPDATE:

Podcaster and Internet personalist DJ Akademiks revealed last Tuesday morning that Drake’s security guard was the victim of the shooting.

Akademiks states that police labeled the shooting at a driveby and the security guard was found unconscious with a gunshot wound in his upper chest. He was then rushed to a hospital where he then underwent surgery. We’re still awaiting an update on his condition.
