It has been a few months since Chet Hanks, Tom Hanks’ third child, was in the news. But comedian Eric Andre spoke about Chet’s behavior in a recent interview while calling Chet ’emotionally disturbed.’
With the return of The Eric Andre Show coming in June, Andre sat down with Marlow Stern of Rolling Stone who writes that Eric ‘took a whole lot of whip-its’ during the interview.
While discussing Lil Nas X appearing on The Eric Andre Show the topic changed to Chet Hanks. Eric Andre was quick to throw Chet under the bus as unhinged:
Chet Hanks, on the other hand, was a tough cookie. He broke our crew. It felt like Rust. He broke us down.
He is… emotionally disturbed. He stole a motorcycle and rode it around. He almost knocked a bunch of grips and gaffers off their ladders. It was very dangerous. He tried to prank us back, but we edited out all his b*******! He’s not well. How did Colin Hanks come out so good and Chet Hanks come out so bad?
Eric Andre the mentioned the infamous Ziwe interview of Chet Hanks. Andre said:
He was trying to sleep with Ziwe. I talked to Ziwe about it. God, what a guy. Now he’s the executive producer on the show and the president of Adult Swim. [Laughs]
That is, of course, a joke. Chet only has one IMDB credit coming up and it’s <em>Dead Wrong with Rob Schnieder…
