Movie Fans Lose It At Stunning First Looks At Florence Pugh And Lea Seydoux In ‘Dune: Part Two’

With CinemaCon currently underway in Las Vegas, Warner Bros. decided to capitalize on one of the biggest weeks in the movie industry by releasing the first images from Dune: Part Two.

Set to release on November 3, Dune: Part Two is a sequel to Denis Villeneuve’s 2021 film Dune, which is based on the acclaimed novel of the same name.

While the original film was already star-studded, the highly-anticipated follow-up is set to be an even more A-lister-filled affair, as actors such as Austin Butler, Christopher Walken, Tim Blake Nelson, Lea Seydoux, and Florence Pugh have joined the cast.

The first-look images at Pugh and Seydoux, in particular, have been going quite viral on Twitter amongst movie fans.

As for who the two acclaimed actresses will be playing, Pugh will star as Princess Irulan, “the daughter of the supreme ruler of the galaxy, Emperor Shaddam IV,” while Seydoux is portraying a character simply described by Vanity Fair as Lady Margot.

Dune: Part Two is just the latest massive project for the 27-year-old Pugh, who has been becoming one of the biggest actresses in the world in recent years thanks to acclaimed roles in films such as Fighting With My Family, Midsommar, Little Women, and The Wonder, and blockbusters such as Black Widow. There was also Don’t Worry Darling, which, despite its poor reviews, still showcased her tremendous talents.

Joining the Dune franchise isn’t the only massive career move that Pugh in making this year as she’ll also be starring in Christopher Nolan’s upcoming historical epic Oppenheimer alongside the A-list likes of Cillian Murphy, Emily Blunt, Robert Downey Jr., Matt Damon, and more.

In addition to the new addition of Pugh and Seadoux, Dune: Part Two — which is expected to be a major contender at next year’s Academy Awards — stars Timothée Chalamet, Rebecca Ferguson, Josh Brolin, Stellan Skarsgård, Dave Bautista, Stephen McKinley Henderson, Zendaya, Charlotte Rampling, Javier Bardem, Florence Pugh, Austin Butler, Christopher Walken, Léa Seydoux, Souheila Yacoub, and Tim Blake Nelson.
