UFO whistleblower Dylan Borland, who testified before Congress in September 2025, claims he knows “for a fact” that the U.S. government has recovered a non-human craft. He also made some unusual speculation about the reason for aliens visiting Earth.
Borland, a former U.S. Air Force geospatial intelligence specialist, made these claims during an appearance on the Hang Out with Sean Hannity podcast.
“Does the government have craft that have been recovered? Yes they do,” Borland said on the show.
Hannity then asked Borland directly whether he knew “for a fact” that the government had such a craft and whether he is allowed to address the topic publicly.
“Yes” was his response.

Dylan Borland also discussed with Hannity why he believes aliens have visited Earth.
When Sean Hannity speculated that it “may not be as malevolent as maybe some people would naively think,” and that “there seems to be an interest in getting something from us,” Borland offered up his theory.
Borland replied that “it seems to do with genes, reproduction,” adding, “this is literally a hypothetical, maybe their planet’s dead and they’re coming here to replace us.”

What did Dylan Borland tell Congress about UFOs?
Dylan Borland told a House of Representatives task force in a statement, “During the summer of 2012, my team was on standby for weather, and I returned to my barracks on base.
“At approximately 0130 I saw an approximately 100-foot-long equilateral triangle fly from near the NASA hangar on base and come within one hundred feet of where I was standing. This craft interfered with my telephone, did not have any sound, and the material it was made of appeared fluid or dynamic.
“I was under this triangular craft for a few minutes, and then it rapidly ascended to commercial jet level in seconds. It displayed zero kinetic disturbance, sound, or wind displacement.”
