Following the release of the official Deadpool & Wolverine trailer, one of the main thoughts on fans’ minds was… how the hell does Hugh Jackman look like that at 55-years-old?

While Jackman has been getting famously jacked to play Wolverine for over two decades now, the fact that he’s still able to pull it off in his mid-50s is so impressive that Rob Liefeld, the man who created the Deadpool character, felt the need to address speculation that Jackman’s biceps are “fake,” whether that be through prosthetics or CGI.

“Hey, I was right there in person and those massive Hugh Jackman biceps are the REAL DEAL. Dude was jacked!! I’ve been seeing folks talk of him wearing fake muscles… WHAT??? No. I touched em,” Liefeld tweeted following the release of the official Deadpool & Wolverine trailer on Monday, April 22.

Jackman has also never been shy about showing off what it takes to get into Wolverine shape as he’s routinely posted videos of himself training for the part over the years (Jackman has now played Wolverine nine times if you include his cameo in 2011’s X-Men: First Class).

Alongside Jackman and Ryan Reynolds, Deadpool & Wolverine will star Emma Corrin, Owen Wilson, Matthew Macfadyen, Morena Baccarin, Brianna Hildebrand, Jennifer Garner, Leslie Uggams, Karan Soni, Stefan Kapičić, Rob Delaney, and more.

That is just the confirmed cast, however, as there will likely be many surprise cameos along the way. Pyro from X-Men 2 was in the first trailer, while characters such as Lady Deathstrike (X2) and Azazel (X-Men: First Class) were spotted in the most recent teaser.

Check out the official trailer for Deadpool & Wolverine, hitting theaters on July 26, below. In a major change of pace for Marvel Studios, Deadpool & Wolverine will be the only movie they release this year as they attempt to refocus their efforts on quality over quantity.
