Rapper Ice Spice went to McDonald’s in Los Angeles on Wednesday night and got into a fight with an apparent fans. Security camera footage from inside the fast-food restaurant has been released.
In the video, Ice Spice — real name Isis Gaston, 26 years old — can be seen sitting in a booth with a friend at McDonald’s in Hollywood on early Wednesday morning when a young woman jogged up to the table and tried to get Spice’s friend to slide over so she could sit with them.

Spice and her friend then seemed to dismiss the fan, identified as Vayah by TMZ, with the rapper “Big Guy” rapper pointing toward the door. It was at this point that Vayah took a swing at Spice, prompting her to spring out of the booth and engage her in a fight.
The scrap inside McDonald’s didn’t last for long, though, as a bystander separated the two by grabbing Vayah and escorting her out the door. The confrontation then moved outside, where Ice Spice picked up a phone belonging to someone in the other group and allegedly smashed it.
As Spice and her friend turned to leave, the fan threw another punch while the pair were crossing the street away from the McDonald’s and a second scuffle broke out before a bystander stepped in to break it up.
Bradford Cohen, the attorney for Ice Spice, provided the following statement to TMZ about the incident:
“The unprovoked attack on my client has been reported to the LAPD and we will be pursuing any and all avenues to hold the perpetrators responsible for their actions, including criminally and civilly. We are also exploring holding the location responsible for their lack of appropriate security.”
Speaking to TMZ, Vayah claimed that Spice called her a “bitch” when she tried to show her appreciation for the New York-born rapper, which is what prompted the initial slap.
