If you aren’t caught up through last season on Game of Thrones there are some spoilers in here so you might want to leave now. But, this was also an interview on TV last night so it’s not like I’m throwing GoT spoilers are you out of nowhere….Anyways, moving on…Iwan Rheon was the genius actor behind Ramsay Bolton on HBO‘s Game of Thrones. For several seasons we all thought that Joffrey Baratheon was the worst human being alive, that there couldn’t be any more vile character than him. We were wrong.
When Ramsay Bolton stepped onto the scene (he was Ramsay Snow at first), it wasn’t readily apparent at first just how cruel and bloodthirsty he was. Slowly, the layers of his character were peeled back like his House Sigil of the ‘Flayed Man’ and we realized that he was one of the most f’d up characters in the history of TV.
Ramsay’s tenure on the show came to an end last season when he was fed to his hungry dogs, a method of killing that he’d previously used on his own step-mother. The actor who played Ramsay was on Kimmel last night and talked about that death scene, and how the script basically said ‘now Ramsay gets eaten by dogs’.
