Andrew Tate Looks Nearly Unrecognizable In First Video At Home After Being Released From Prison

Controversial Internet personality Andrew Tate was released from prison on Friday and apparently put on a ton of muscle after spending months behind bars.

On Friday, Tate, his brother, and two Romanian women were released from prison and put under house arrest amid a human trafficking investigation.

Ramona Bolla, a spokesperson for the Romanian anti-organized crime agency DIICOT, told the Associated Press that Andrew challenged a judge’s decision last week that would have extended his arrest a fourth time for 30 days.

PEOPLE has reached out to DIICOT for comment but did not immediately hear back.

Hours after being released from prison, Tate posted a shirtless video of himself pacing inside his home, and people were struck by Tate’s size.

According to Tate, he did over 7,000 pushups while in jail.

While Tate is still under investigation by Romanian authorities for human trafficking, the famous Internet personality vowed to clear his name.

“I’m a little bit emotional, I’ve been in one room since last year, so it’s a little bit emotional. I wanna give respect to the judges who heard us today because they were very attentive and they listened to us.

“I have no resentment in my heart for the country of Romania or anybody else. I just believe in the truth. I believe in God and that the fire of truth will eventually burn the lies.”
