Jessica Biel has reportedly had enough of her husband Justin Timberlake’s behavior. According to reports, Biel gave Justin Timberlake an ultimatum to get his act together following two high-profile incidents involving alcohol.
The first was Justin Timberlake’s infamous June 2024 DUI arrest in Sag Harbor, New York, where he was pulled over after leaving a bar at 2 a.m. and failed field sobriety tests. More recently, the forme N’SYNC star made an appearance at a Las Vegas golf tournament on April 18 where eyewitnesses described him as visibly intoxicated.
According to sources cited by Page Six and the Daily Mail, Biel is “sick of being publicly embarrassed” and frustrated by Timberlake’s continued absence despite wrapping his 2024 world tour.
The 2024 DUI case was resolved when Timberlake pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of driving while impaired, paid a fine, completed community service, and avoided jail time.
“This is a mistake that I made, but I’m hoping that whoever is watching and listening right now can learn from this mistake. Even one drink — don’t get behind the wheel of the car,” Timberlake said in a statement after his sentencing hearing.
Earlier this year, Timberlake’s lawyers have filed a motion in Suffolk County Supreme Court to block release of the arrest footage, arguing public dissemination would cause “severe and irreparable harm” to his reputation. The footage was ultimately released, though, showing the full extent of Timberlake’s arrest and booking.
During the arrest, Timberlake reportedly said the situation was going to “ruin the world tour” — a line that instantly became a meme. The Forget Tomorrow World Tour began in Vancouver in April 2024 and concluded in Istanbul in July 2025. At the time of his June 2024 arrest, Timberlake was on a six-day break between shows in Miami and Chicago — he did not cancel his Chicago show, which was just three days after the arrest.
Timberlake and Biel have been married since 2012 and have two sons together, with reports indicating that Biel has been handling the majority of parenting responsibilities on her own while Timberlake’s public behavior continues to generate negative headlines.
