A rare Jimi Hendrix concert from 1968 just dropped on nugs.net for your streaming pleasure.

Miami Pop Festival is a posthumous live album by the Jimi Hendrix Experience, recorded during Hendrix’s performance on May 18, 1968 in Hallandale, Florida. The recording has been artfully remastered, sounding raw and crisp on a relisten.

Hendrix’s iconic fuzzy, screaming Fender will give your goosebumps goosebumps.

Also hitting nugs.net: Live at Berkley from 5/30/70. It captures the psychedelic rock band’s second performance at the Berkeley Community Theatre on May 30, 1970.

Both shows are a welcome addition the live Hendrix catalog, which includes Live in Maui (1970), Live at Monterey from the famous ’67 Monterey Pop Festival, and Live at the Fillmore East from Hendrix’s performances with the Band of Gypsys in New York City on December 31, 1969 and January 1, 1970.
