Joe Burrow pulled a total 180° with his pregame outfit on Sunday and rocked an expensive designer jacket prior to the Bengals’ home game against the Seahawks. His wardrobe choice comes exactly one week after he made waves with his unique style before and after a win against the Cardinals.

Cincinnati’s star quarterback arrived to Glendale in a unique colorful patchwork sweatshirt/sweater. He paired it with some flashy primarily pink sneakers.

As it would turn out, Burrow was wearing the ‘Kid Cudi x MSCHF Super Normal 2 Insano’ shoes, which are not easy to find and cost at least a few hundred dollars. But they were free!

The entire outfit, from head to toe, was provided to Burrow by his high school buddy Micah and his close, personal friend Scott Mescudi— better known as Kid Cudi.

The sweatshirt was made by my friend Micah that I went to high school with. And the shoes are from my friend Scott, as most people know of Kid Cudi. All my friends put on this outfit together for me. So I got great friends!

Burrow plugged his homie, which caused the hoodie to sell out on the designer’s website, live2love. Pretty cool!

Although Burrow’s outfit during Week 5 didn’t cost a dime, the same cannot be said for Sunday. He arrived to Paycor Stadium wearing a $2,550 (plus tax and shipping cost) Fendi jacket.

Per the site:

Jacket with pointed collar and flap breast pockets. Branded tack-button closure. Made of bleached cotton denim, with dark blue gradient FF details. Made in Italy

Considering that Burrow signed a a five-year extension worth $275 million during the NFL offseason, buying a jacket with such an expensive price tag is no big deal. However, it is a rather funny dichotomy when compared to his completely complimentary outfit a week prior.

Regardless of what it may cost, Burrow always brings the drip to pre and postgame. Sometimes it’s free. Sometimes it costs a couple grand.

One week after wearing free clothes, Burrow wore a jacket that cost the same as the average person’s bi-weekly paycheck. He does what he pleases and does not care what you have to think!

How can you not love Joe Burrow?!
