Fox Sports 1’s Joy Taylor is no stranger to a beachfront Instagram post, which is exactly what she shared with her 627,000+ followers over the Fourth of July weekend.
Taylor is currently the host of the Fox Sports 1 hot take talk show Speak For Yourself, which also features former NFL players Emmanuel Acho and LeSean McCoy. After spending her first couple of years at the network doing a variety of roles, Taylor served as the co-host of The Herd with Colin Cowherd from 2018 to 2022, when she began hosting Speak For Yourself.
Taylor, who is from Pittsburgh but has an obvious connection to the city of Miami given her brother’s career as a member of the Miami Dolphins and getting her professional start there, also attended Barry University, which is a Catholic college in the Miami area.
Prior to working at Fox Sports 1, where she’s been since 2016 and has worked on programs such as Skip and Shannon: Undisputed and The Herd with Colin Cowherd, the 36-year-old Taylor previously worked in radio for 790 AM The Ticket down in Miami, Florida.
In addition to her on-air work for Fox Sports 1, Taylor is also known for being the sister of Pro Football Hall of Fame defensive end Jason Taylor, who is 12 years older than she is.
