Actress Keke Palmer is taking legal action against her ex-boyfriend, Darius Jackson, in attempt to protect herself and secure full custody of their 8-month-old son, Leodis.
Keke Palmer, has filed a restraining order against Darius Jackson, as she alleges a pattern of physical abuse throughout their two-year relationship, per a report by Us Weekly.
Court documents revealed a recent episode on earlier this month when Jackson reportedly entered her home without permission. Palmer claims he threatened her and attacked her.
Per the report, Palmer said that Jackson “trespassed into my home without my knowledge or consent” and “threatened” her before “lunging for my neck, striking me, throwing me over the couch and stealing my phone.”
In her statement, Palmer also detailed a series of other alleged incidents, such as the destruction of personal property, including diaries and prescription eyeglasses, and the throwing of her belongings into the street.
Palmer also accused Jackson of physically harming her in front of their son, and making threats of self-harm with a gun.
