Kim Kardashian and Kayne West’s divorce was finalized last week, officially putting an end to their marriage of seven years.

She had filed for divorce in February of 2021, but it had taken almost two years for the settlement to be completed.

It’s easy to understand why. The details of the Kim Kardashian and Kanye West divorce settlement are insane and explain why they are so detached from the rest of the world.

Considering Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s combined net worth is estimated to be around $3.1 billion (or $1.7 billion depending upon what Kanye has done lately). That kind of money makes the divvying up of Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen’s $650 to $700 million combined assets seem like a walk in the park.

According to Kim and Kanye’s divorce settlement, which was acquired by RadarOnline.com, Kim not only gets $200k per month in child support, she also walks away with a ton of real estate.

In addition to the child support, Kardashian gets her airline miles, all wedding gifts that were given to her personally, all her furniture, artwork and personal property – including clothing, handbags, fur, watches and jewelry, five homes in Hidden Hills – including the 15,667-square-foot mansion, property in Riverside, a massive $70 million compound in Malibu, and three homes in Idaho.

Kim also gets to keep her bank accounts, interest in her companies like KKW Beauty and SKIMS, and her shares of Tri Alpha Energy.

Kanye, on the other hand, walks away from the divorce with multiple properties in Calabasas, a $60 million home in Malibu, 318 acres of land in Stokes Canyon, a home in Thousand Oaks, a property in Hidden Hills, one in Chicago, another in Belgium, and his 3,888 acre ranch and other properties in Wyoming.

He also gets to keep his the airline miles in his name, his intellectual property, all of his cars, all money in his bank accounts, and his interest in all of his businesses, including the Big3 Basketball League.

Kim waived her right to spousal support. How nice of her.

They couple will share joint legal custody of their children.
