Supercar maker Koenigsegg produces some of the fastest vehicles on planet earth.

The Koenigsegg Jesko debuted in 2019 with an 5-liter V8 engine pumping out 1280 horsepower and it is capable of reaching speeds over 300 MPH. When it was released, it was the world’s first supercar capable of eclipsing the 300 MPH mark.

While this isn’t a top speed video it is certainly speed that’s at the forefront of the action. For the 2023 Goodwood Festival of Speed, the Jesko put on a show in the Hill Climb. The car screams up the mountain so fast that the passenger can do nothing but sit back and laugh maniacally as the driver is in complete control.

When the Koenigsegg Jesko was announced back in March, 2019 at the Geneva Mother Show it sent a seismic shock wave through the supercar community and put every supercar manufacturer on notice. The message was simple: make it to the 300 MPH mark or trail the Jesko’s dust.

The Jesko boasted similar engine numbers to Koenigsegg’s Agera but coming in at 11 pounds lighter it became the world’s lightest production V8 crankshaft. Losing that weight was crucial in reaching and eclipsing the 300 MPH mark, a first for any supercar.

In this video, the specific model is a Jesko Attack.

For context, in the video above, it is Mr JWW (805K YouTube subscribers) who was laughing maniacally in the passenger seat at the Goodwood Festival of Speed.

Other insanely fast cars were also representing at the Goodwood Festival of Speed:
