Lacoste, the legendary French clothing brand with the crocodile badge, is bringing its iconic tennis shoes back to the court with the state-of-the art performance sneakers, the AG-LT21 Ultra.
On Friday, #2 ranked tennis player in the world Daniil Medvedev debuted the new shoes during his match against Lu Yen-Hsun at the Miami Open.

According to Lacoste, the AG-LT21 Ultra features innovations designed to promote speed, stability, and agility on the court while still looking stylish. The sneakers represent the brand’s renewed commitment to the high-performance footwear market.
The silhouette is presented with a woven mesh upper that provides ideal breathability for players. Ultra-lightweight, the construction of the AG-LT 21 Ultra also offers a glimpse of the inner cage. This performance tennis shoe features a double lacing system, as well as a padded collar for optimal support and comfort. These elements are based on technologies developed by the House: PEBEX frame, lightweight ensures stability and energy return. DOW foam ensures a good cushioning and rebound to support all the movements. The outsole is fitted with Goodyear rubber for optimal grip on all surfaces. Its high resistance to abrasion echoes the KURIM support of the forefoot, which provides long-lasting protection.
Here’s a first look at the sneakers which will retail for $200 and will be available in both men’s and women’s and in four different colors.
