Former NBA star Dwight Howard is being sued by a man named Stephen Harper, who claims Howard sexually assaulted him and forced him into a threesome at his Georgia home.
Now, according to Howard’s attorney, a cross-dressing man who goes by the name “Kitty” will be a key witness in the case.
The lawsuit claims that Howard and Harper met after Harper sent his phone number to Howard through a direct message on Instagram in May of 2021.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Howard does admit to messaging Harper between May and July of 2021.
Of those messages, “several” included “sexually explicit content, such as photographs and videos.”
Howard also admitted that Harper visited his home on July 19, 2021. During that visit, Howard admits, the two men “engaged in consensual kissing” for about 40 minutes.
Harper claims that at some point thereafter Howard left the room, returned, then introduced him to a man calling himself “Kitty.”
He says the 37-year-old Howard wanted him to have a threesome with Kitty, who then began performing oral sex on the basketball star.
Harper claims he told Dwight Howard he did not want to participate, but that Howard told him he was “going to do whatever” and that he was “going to like it.”
According to the lawsuit, Howard “grabbed Mr. Harper by the thighs, forcibly removed Mr. Harper’s underwear, held Mr. Harper down, and performed nonconsensual oral sex on Mr. Harper. Mr. Harper was in fear of imminent bodily harm when he was pinned down and forced to remain in place while Defendant continued to sexually assault him.”
Howard, in his defense, claims that all three men had agreed to “engage in consensual sexual activity.” He also claims that Harper he “was aware” that Kitty would be present before “even arriving” at Howard’s home.
RadarOnline.com also reports that Howard’s attorney Justin Bailey told the publication that “Kitty will be a defendant witness.”
Kitty, who has not been formally named, was identified in court documents as “a friend [the] Defendant has threesomes with every now and then.”
Howard stands accused of sexual assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and false imprisonment.
He has asked the court to throw out Stephen Harper’s entire lawsuit.
