The last thing anyone wants to come face-to-face with while at a relaxing resort is a wild animal capable of killing them but that’s the exact reality that ‘Joe in Thailand’ faced when he looked out of his hotel room in Thailand and saw a king cobra large enough to scare an elephant.
After posting three videos about the encounter, ‘Joe in Thailand’ racked up millions of views over the weekend with all sorts of people loving his hilarious profane meltdown over seeing the king cobra (actually, two) which is arguably the most recognizable venomous snake on earth, the living embodiment of deadly snakes.
In his first video, Joe says his hands were shaking and he’s never going outside again. He says he woke up and looked out the window and that is when he spotted the king cobra. This is a snake species that can grow up to 18 feet long! They are also considered to be one of the fastest snakes on earth. Just a heads up, there is some colorful language in these videos:

In his second video, ‘Joe in Thailand’ is still unable to process the absolute unit of a snake that’s perched outside of his hotel room. Understandably so. It’s not every day that snakes this big show up at luxury resorts:

In a third video, Joe says the snakes were removed and he’d finally worked up the courage to go outside again. The hotel put up some boards to cover a hole where the massive king cobras were hiding out. They did this because the hotel workers were unable to capture the snakes.
He claims the hotel staff are all from that region of Thailand and have ‘never seen anything like it.’ The plan is to capture the massive king cobras and return them to the nearby national park.
Joe added that the hotel moved their room to the other side of the resort and upon checking in to his new room he incessantly checked every nook and cranny in the room, understandably so. It is hard to imagine how one gets comfortable in a new room after seeing king cobras perched just outside the glass.
