Disney has been making headlines over the past week with their brand new streaming service Disney+. But don’t forget that the Mouse House owns Marvel and they are very invested in pumping out more money-printing comic book movies. Disney and Marvel announced the release dates of upcoming MCU movies from now until 2023.

There are six Marvel Cinematic Universe movies that will be released in 2020 and 2021, as well as at least eight MCU flicks between 2022 and 2023. Marvel announced eight new movie release dates in part of the MCU Phase 5, and only Black Panther 2 is confirmed.

February 8th, 2022
May 6th, 2022 — Black Panther 2
July 29th, 2022
October 7th, 2022
February 17th, 2023
May 5th, 2023
July 28th, 2023
November 3rd, 2023

So what will fill these dates? Disney now owns movie properties formerly owned by Fox, so could one film be Deadpool 3? Maybe Avengers 5? You could also see movies such as Ant-Man 3, Captain Marvel 2, Guardians of the Galaxy 3, and Blade starring Mahershala Ali. Possibly Fantastic Four and X-Men. There are currently 23 Marvel movies scheduled.

If the empty release dates don’t satisfy your yearning for new Marvel movies. Here are the movies for Phase 4 of MCU:

May 1, 2020 – Black Widow
November 6, 2020 – The Eternals
February 12, 2021 – Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings
May 7, 2021 – Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness

Summer 2021 – What If…?
Autumn 2021 – Hawkeye

Arriving later will be Moon Knight, She-Hulk, and Ms. Marvel.
