These People In Maryland Might Just Be The Luckiest Lottery Winners Ever

Once again, we have some lottery winners having the kind of luck that goes against any and all laws of probability.

There have been a number of ridiculously lucky people win the lottery over the past few years.

There was the woman who won $1 million twice in two months playing the lottery.

There was the man who won the lottery for the third time in a year using the exact same numbers.

And then there was the luckiest teen ever who won $1 million on the first day he could legally play the lottery.

But these people in Maryland might have just set a new, unreachable bar for luck when it comes to playing the lottery.

First, we have a Maryland family who recently won their fifth lottery prize in five years. Fifth!

In 2017, the mom of the family won $50K playing the lottery.

Then she won $100,000!

Then she won another $50,000.

Then her son won another $50,000 lottery prize.

Then this month, the dad won yet another $100,000 playing the Gold X50 scratch-off game.

“She turned to me and said ‘You won,'” the dad told Maryland Lottery officials. “I was happy, but still a little shocked.”

“It’s pretty amazing,” said the son in the understatement of the year. “And, all of the tickets were purchased from the same store.”

Apparently, Doc’s F&B Liquors in Glen Burnie is the place to buy winning lottery tickets if you ever in Maryland.

They weren’t the only insanely lucky lottery winners in the state of Maryland this month

A 43-year-old Silver Springs man just won his fifth $50,000 Pick 5 prize so far this year, and it’s only the middle of July!

In May, the man, who wisely remains anonymous, won a combined $200,000 Pick 5 prize when he turned in four identical $50,000 winning tickets at Maryland Lottery headquarters in Baltimore.

Then, in the July 10th Pick 5 drawing, he won another $50,000.

He told =Lottery officials that he has no specific plans for his fifth $50,000 prize, but plans to keep playing the lottery because, honestly, why would he stop now?

Meanwhile, over in North Carolina…

A North Carolina woman recently won a $500,000 lottery prize. Nice, but nothing out of the ordinary. Until, you find out that less than a month ago her son won $518,744 playing the lottery!

“This is hard to believe,” Greenville resident Peggy Williams told North Carolina Education Lottery officials. “I went over it about 10 times to make sure I had it correct.”

“I feel like we are blessed,” her son Randy Williams said.
