The Brewers' social media team is elevating the medium
The Milwaukee Brewers are on the verge of making history. With a 3-0 lead in the 2026 World Series, the Brew Crew is on the verge of the first world title in the franchise’s history.
The actual Brewers on the field team isn’t the only aspect of the organization worthy of crowning, though, as its social media team has been producing excellent content throughout the entire year — content that has arguably elevated the art of the medium.
The Milwaukee Brewers’ social media team has been taking inspiration from a wide variety of films such as Apocalypse Now and Hundreds of Beavers
According to Rachel Karten, who writes a newsletter about social media, the Brewers team name-checked inspirations such as “2001: A Space Odyssey, Apocalypse Now, Hundreds of Beavers, Pulp Fiction’s title cards, and A24’s trailer style.”
Their video from earlier this week was a perfect example of that, as it used music that was famously featured in Pulp Fiction.

The Brewers’ social media team has been putting out quality content all year long, ranging from quick clips to more short-form mini-movies.

The Brewers will look to clinch their organization’s first-ever World Series championship when they take on the Tampa Bay Rays in Game 4. Unfortunately for the Tampa Bay Rays and their fanbase, no team has ever come back from a 0-3 lead in the Fall Classic.
In fact, in the history of the MLB postseason, only one team in MLB history has ever overcome a 3–0 deficit to win a best-of-seven series: the 2004 Boston Red Sox, who beat the New York Yankees 4–3 in the ALCS before winning the World Series.
