Earlier this year, Netflix released a documentary about the life and career of Arnold Schwarzenegger, and now the streaming giant is doing the same with fellow 80s action icon Sylvester Stallone.

Similar to the Schwarzenegger docuseries simply being titled Arnold, Stallone’s doc is just called Sly. The first trailer for Sly was released by Netflix on Wednesday, October 18.

Here is the official synopsis for Sly, via Netflix:

His love of film began as an escape from a rocky childhood. From underdog to Hollywood legend, Sylvester Stallone tells his story in this documentary. For nearly 50 years Sylvester Stallone has entertained millions with iconic characters and blockbuster franchises, from Rocky to Rambo to The Expendables.

This retrospective documentary offers an intimate look at the Oscar-nominated actor-writer-director-producer, paralleling his inspirational underdog-story with the indelible characters he has brought to life.

Sly will be hitting Netflix in the United States on Friday, November 3. Arnold  — which is split into three episodes: one about his bodybuilding career, Hollywood career, and political career — is also currently streaming on Netflix.

Stallone, who is now 77 years old, was most recently seen starring in Expendables 4, which was released back in September to both terrible reviews and box office numbers. He’s also set to star in a second season of Tulsa King, the Paramount+ crime drama that was made by Yellowstone creator Taylor Sheridan.
