Unlike myself, Netflix is getting a jump on the holidays this year. As such, they’ve already released all the new releases Netflix will be adding on to their streaming service in January 2018. Nice. We’re not even halfway through the month and already we can start planning our binge-watching for the next 45 days or so!
So, without further adieu, let’s take a gander at what new movies and TV shows will be added to Netflix in the coming month. Let’s see… we’ve got some classics such as all the old Batman movies, Caddyshack, all the Lethal Weapon films, The Godfather trilogy, The Truman Show, Wedding Crashers, Training Day, and, dun… dun… dun… The Shawshank Redemption all being added to Netflix in January.
As for more recent stuff, Netflix is also adding movies and shows like Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie, a new season of Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, Dallas Buyers Club and Cars 3.
Unfortunately, the turning of the calendar page also means it’s last call for several TV shows and movies. Those we’ll be losing in January include, among others, E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, Forrest Gump, Gremlins, Mean Girls, Police Academy, Pulp Fiction, all of the Saw films, The Mighty Ducks and all six seasons of Lost.
