With less than a week left until the NFL Draft, there is a ton of uncertainty about where any quarterback not named Bryce Young will start their professional career.

Recent reports are making it seem more and more likely that the Texans won’t take one with Pick 2.

Teams’ grades on Anthony Richardson and Will Levis are all over the place.

Despite all of the uncertainty things may be looking up for one of the draft’s top quarterbacks.

NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero revealed that an AFC scout told him that people secretly like Will Levis.

“He’s ‘sliding’ or whatever, which is kind of bizarre. I think people secretly like him and want to see him slide,” an AFC scout said. “Levis has played in a pro-style offense the last two years: call the huddle, call the full NFL play, make the checks at the line of scrimmage. Big arm, super tough, built like a linebacker, got a cannon. Knows pro-style reads.”

If teams have been trying to keep it a secret that they are interested in Levis, it doesn’t seem like they’ve done a very good job.

While there haven’t been all the many positive reports on his draft stock, Draftkings Sportsbook has Levis lined at -450 to be selected in the top 5 picks in this draft. That means they are significantly more confident in him going top 5 than Anthony Richardson, who is currently only -130.

Hopefully Levis has been checking for notes in his locker because it sounds like he has some secret admirers ahead of the draft.
