Migos is on top of the world. Culture II has been blowing up ever since the album dropped. They were nominated for two 2018 Grammy Awards and three iHeartRadio Music Awards.

You cannot go more than 20 minutes of listening to SiriusXM’s Hip-Hop Nation (channel 44) without hearing ‘Stir-Fry’. Which, if we’re being honest, is actually a pain in the ass because they’ve overplayed the song and I’ve been sick of it until now. On The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon last night, Migos rapper Offset (engaged to Cardi B) came out on stage to rap *his actual* recipe for chicken stir-fry instead of the song ‘Stir Fry’.

Here’s Offset’s Chicken Stir-Fry recipe in case you wanted to write this down and save it for later:

“In the kitchen, wrist twistin’ like it’s stir-fry.
Gonna whip it, with some chicken, make some stir-fry.
In the skillet, gonna spill it over with white rice.
Grab a tablespoon of cornstarch and the soy sauce.
Give me that ginger, garlic and sugar, makin’ a nice broth.
Veggies on deck, check, yeah carrots and red pepper strips.
And water chestnuts, peas, I’m hungry, I’m ready to mix.
You stir with some oil, you can turn up the heat.
Then you bring to a boil, as you add in the meat.
Blend properly, my marinade is the best quality.
In the wok I see, my chicken, and plenty of broccoli.
Chopsticks, plate, sriracha, delish.
Keep the leftovers, chillin’ in the fridge.
In the kitchen, wrist twistin’ like it’s stir-fry.
In the kitchen, wrist twistin’ like it’s stir-fry.
In the kitchen, wrist twistin’ like it’s stir-fry.
In the kitchen, wrist twistin’ like it’s stir-fry.”

I’ll be honest, I didn’t expect to get hungry while watching this but after transcribing that recipe above and thinking about chicken stir-fry the entire time now I’m kind of starving.
