Lindsey, aka the Pasta Pass Girl (@itslikelindsey), reveals that she's just scored one of Olive Garden's rare Never-Ending Pasta Passes.

Too much is never enough. At least that’s one woman’s truth when it comes to pasta. Lindsey, aka the Pasta Pass Girl (@itslikelindsey), has embarked on a journey of discovery that’s no farther away than her nearest Olive Garden.

In a TikTok that’s garnered over 11,000 views (and counting), Lindsey reveals that she’s just scored one of Olive Garden’s rare Never-Ending Pasta Passes. That means from now until Nov. 22, she’s on a mission to see how many bowls of pasta she can eat.

Does Protein Come With That?

As the video opens, Lindsey is in her car, excitedly revealing her pasta plan: “I have been waiting for this day for weeks,” she says. Holding up her envelope, she says, “They gave me all these goodies, and today is my first day of being able to go as many times as I want.”

So now she plans to “get as many bowls of pasta as I want.” Her thought process?  “Let me see how many bowls I can get. Over the next 13 weeks,” she says with a laugh.

How the promotion works: “For $100, plus tax, the pass grants unlimited access to the Never-Ending Pasta Bowl for 13 weeks. That’s the entire duration of the promotion, along with a week of early access,” reports the site Delish.

The catch? Olive Garden only sold 10,000 of the passes. They sold out minutes after the sale started. Each pass packet comes with a welcome certificate, a card with her name on it, and a special green “pasta pass holder.”

In her first trip to the restaurant, Lindsey goes for lunch (but plans to return for dinner). She says she ended up “only getting two down,” (the rigatoni and five cheese, followed by gluten-free rotini and meat sauce). But at dinner, she manages to consume three bowls of pasta—each one with a different pasta and sauce and one protein per dish.

The only hiccup she encountered? She says she forgot to bring cash to tip her lunch server. But she’s certain she’ll see the server again since she plans to eat there at least 98 more times (she’s set a goal of 100 visits between now and mid-November).

Lindsey tells BroBible she scored a pass thanks to the “combination of timing and luck.”

“I knew they were only releasing a limited number, so I was ready when they went on sale and somehow managed to snag one. I still can’t believe I actually got it!” she exclaims.

She says her favorite pasta combination thus far has been the spicy Alfredo with rigatoni and crispy shrimp.

“I work full-time, so I’m basically fitting pasta into my normal schedule wherever I can,” she says. “It definitely helps that Olive Garden is right in the middle of my commute between work and home, so stopping for lunch or dinner is pretty easy. I figured if I was lucky enough to get the pass, I might as well see just how much use I can get out of it!”

‘I Brought My Own To-Go Containers’

If there’s any doubt that a big bowl of pasta is one of America’s most loved comfort foods, the internet is putting it to rest. From August to November, it seems we are all Italian.

“I’ve been twice with my pass. I brought my own to go containers to take leftovers,” admitted Erin (@erin303).

While the verified Olive Garden (@olivegarden) account notes that this visit is the “First day of many!”

And other users want to be invited along just to watch the scene unfold. “Girl invite me next time I wanna see this,” said @kdbiz.

Lindsey replied, “Haha girrrllll imma be there every day for the next 13 weeks so hell yea I’ll hit you up.”

Pasta For The Lucky Few

Olive Garden is known for its generous, already practically endless portions. But the Never-Ending Pasta Bowl is a promotion the restaurant hasn’t run since 2019. Though the promotion was only scored by 10,000 people, the possibility of a never-ending pasta bowl is possible. For $14.99 per visit, customers can enjoy all-you-can-eat pasta, breadsticks, and soup or salad. Not quite the deal Lindsey is getting, but not bad either.

The big news, though, is that this year, Olive Garden is “debuting a new sauce, Spicy Alfredo, and a new protein, Crispy Shrimp Fritta.”

Reddit has opinions, including, “The shrimp fritta was really good, tasty, and mixed well with the light creamy sauce,” writes u/curlose. But the Alfredo got less enthusiastic feedback: “The Spicy Alfredo was pretty standard to the house Alfredo.”

Other sources agree that the shrimp is some of the restaurant’s “best work.” Fred Hernandez, writing for Tasting Table, says, “It works as a quick lunch or something more filling mixed in with your favorite pasta, like the fettuccine Alfredo.”

Obviously—fast lunch or slow dinner—Lindsey has the luxury of treating every meal like a tasting menu. Her only repercussion? So. Many. Leftovers.

As of writing, Lindsey has visited the restaurant five times and eaten 13 bowls of pasta.
