The Braves are buzzing, literally. Despite the fact that Atlanta is without Ronald Acuña Jr., it clinched the NL East title for the fourth-straight year.
As is tradition, after the game, the boys got to partying in the locker room. They were dousing one another with champagne and putting back some suds.

For some reason, and I’ve always wondered this, the team adheres to its media obligations after the celebration. Players head into the locker room, get lit on some bubbly, and then are expected to go out and speak to reporters.
It doesn’t make any sense, but it makes for some awesome moments.
That was the case last night, as a clearly-buzzed Ozzie Albies spoke to Bally Sports. It resulted in a live on-air F-bomb and it was hilarious.
Albies, who admits that he is “a little dizzy” says that the Braves are going to keep playing hard “every f**king day.” He quickly realizes what he said and apologized, saying that they need to do the take again.
However, he is on live TV so the interview has to keep rolling, even though he is *wink wink* dizzy.

After the interview, the party continued into the night. There was a LOT of champagne on the floor in the locker room, to the point that champagne angels became a very real thing.

Atlanta has overcome quite a bit of adversity this season, so their celebration is well-deserved. Maybe this will be the thing that changes the order of operations for celebrations and interviews?
Probably not. There is plenty more accidental cussing to come.
