As the world learned last week, Taylor Swift made the Kansas City Chiefs offensive line some homemade Pop-Tarts during their run to the Super Bowl.

We know this because during a visit with NBC Sports’ Chris Simms and Mike Florio at the NFL Combine, Chiefs head coach Andy Reid lamented the fact that he didn’t get to sample one of them.

“I mentioned somewhere since the queen has passed away she might be the most famous woman in the world. But she handles it. I think it’s a great escape for her where she can come in and she sincerely enjoys the game,” Reid explained.

“And kind of behind the scenes to fit in – she didn’t even know she was doing this, I don’t think – she likes to cook, so she made the offensive linemen these homemade Pop-Tarts. So it was over.

“Yeah, so it was over. She knew right where to go. It’s over.

“She didn’t give me one and the offensive linemen definitely didn’t give me one.”

Apparently Andy Reid isn’t the only one out there who wants to sample Taylor Swift’s homemade Pop-Tarts… including Pop-Tarts.

In a full-page ad in the Kansas City Star, as well as in a post on Instagram, Pop-Tarts asked Swift to release her recipe.

“To KC’s most famous fan, we heard there’s a Pop-Tarts pastry (Your Version) and in its honor, we’re donating to @harvesters, a local Feeding America partner food bank,” Pop-Tarts wrote. “But if you #releasetherecipe, we’ll double our donation 🫶🫶.”

They even tried to copy Swift’s Eras Tour graphics with their offer.

Seems like a very, very small price to pay for the recipe. Pop-Tarts certainly knows that if they ever released a limited edition Taylor Swift approved breakfast snack it would sell out within minutes of hitting the shelves all over the world and make them millions of dollars.
