According to the Central Intelligence Agency’s website, the CIA is “the nation’s premier agency providing global intelligence in an ever-changing political, social, economic, technological, and military landscapes. Here, your paramount goal and mission will be to protect the national security of the United States. Virtually any job you can imagine is available at the CIA — plus, some you can’t even imagine.”
And according to the CIA’s Twitter account, if you have the ability to solve one of their weekly #TuesdayTrivia puzzles (not sure how a puzzle qualifies as trivia exactly, but hey, I don’t work for the CIA) then the organization would really like to speak with you about applying for a job.
We heard you when you said last week's puzzle was too easy. So we tried to step up our game.
Here's a hint: 1=Y;3=U and 14=C; 16=G

Apparently, a couple of weeks ago, the puzzle the CIA gave out on Twitter was, according to some followers, “too easy” so for their latest effort they decided to “step up” their game. We’ll be the judge of that, won’t we?
Here’s the puzzle that was labeled too easy…
Can you decipher this code? Here's a hint: 11 = A; 10 = Z.

Still too difficult? I feel you. Here is one more option…
Are you able to determine the time of day in the image below?

If you happen to figure out the answer to any of those puzzles (no cheating by looking at the comments, please), then head over the Central Intelligence Agency’s careers page where you can apply for jobs in things like analytics, information technology, security, language, science, engineering, and the best one of them all, clandestine service.
(Just don’t click the link they provided in their tweets because that link goes to a dead web page. Not exactly a confidence inspiring move by our “nation’s premier agency providing global intelligence.”)
