Taylor Swift is back on the market!

Or, at least, that’s what the latest reports are saying.

The pop megastar had been dating the lead singer of English pop rock The 1975, Matty Healy. And the relationship had many of her fans feeling conflicted or just downright disappointed.

Swift got out of a 6.5-year relationship with English actor Joe Alwyn early in 2023. And it’s no surprised to see her find a rebound.

But what was surprising for many was that the rebound was Healy.

In February, Healy appeared on The Adam Friedland Show podcast, where the hosts made jokes speculating about rapper Ice Spice’s ethnicity (her father’s Black, her mother is Dominican), calling her “Inuit Spice Girl” and “this chubby Chinese lady,” using Chinese and Hawaiian accents while Healy laughed along and joked that she was “dumb” (he later gave a half-hearted apology during a concert, saying, “I’m kind of a bit sorry if I’ve offended you” and suggesting his “joking got misconstrued,” while the episode has been pulled from Apple and Spotify).

But fear not, Swifties! They’re brief fling appears to now be over.

TMZ reports that the two have split up.

“According to a friend close to the situation, Taylor is in fact ‘single’ again, although it’s still unclear exactly why they’ve now split up,” the report states.

Not only did this make her fans happy. It also seemed to make people who had to see her fans have public breakdowns happy as well.

pouring one out for the woman who served as twitter’s main character for the day for her 20-part thread explaining her stunning & brave decision to attend the Eras tour despite Taylor’s relationship with Matty only for this to happen 10 days later lmaooooo,” Twitter user Grace Panetta said.

Though some were disappointed.

Have we considered that Taylor Swift fans have too much power?
