Taylor Swift’s surprise appearance at the Chiefs-Bears game has sent Kansas City Chiefs’ tight end Travis Kelce’s merchandise flying off the virtual shelves.

TMZ reports that Kelce, all but confirmed as Swift’s newest boyfriend, saw an astonishing almost 400% surge in his jersey sales after beating the Bears 41-10 on Sunday.

According to Fanatics, the NFL’s official e-commerce partner, Kelce’s No. 87 jersey became one of the hottest commodities on the NFL Shop website during and after Sunday’s game.

“Yesterday, Travis Kelce was one of the top 5 selling NFL players and saw a nearly 400% spike in sales throughout the Fanatics network of sites, including NFLShop.com,” Fanatics told TMZ.

While pinpointing if the buyers are Taylor Swift fans isn’t realistic, the surge in jersey sales coincided with Taylor Swift’s appearance at Arrowhead Stadium.

It appears that Taylor’s fanbase, “Swifties,” may be fully on board with the potential romance between Swift and Kelce, as they seem to be showing their support by snapping up his jerseys.

Swift looked quite comfortable in Chiefs Kingdom as she enjoyed the game from a suite, alongside Kelce’s mom, Donna.

The unexpected pairing of Swift and Kelce continued even after the final whistle, as they left the stadium together in Kelce’s vintage convertible.
