As if anyone needed another reason to be a fan of Tom Hardy, now he goes and saves a litter of adorable puppies who were left for dead in a park.
First, the man chases down a moped thief, shouting “I caught the c*nt!” when he caught him and now this.
Forget playing Bane in The Dark Knight Rises, bro should be playing Batman.
On Tuesday, Hardy was in the park in London when he came across a litter of of abandoned Staffordshire Bull Terrier puppies. Being Batman and all, naturally, he grabbed them and posted a picture of the adorable pups on his Instagram looking to find them all new homes.
“New Staffies found and brought to Battersea this am in a box found in park. Look at them. I want to house them all 8 weeks old. Go see them xxx,” Hardy wrote to his 540,000-plus followers.

Apparently a LOT of other people also had that reaction because, according to the Cambridge Times, the pups were all quickly snatched up and given new homes.
Battersea Dogs And Cats Home later revealed that the phone would not stop ringing with calls from potential new owners for the dogs, and when they are old enough they’ll each be heading to new homes.
Intake Manager Steve Craddock said: “These puppies had a lucky escape. The whole experience must have been very frightening for them. It was a cold day and they could have easily got hypothermia, suffocated or died of dehydration.
“Fortunately, they were found in time and – after a drink, a sleep and some TLC – made a full recovery, and now they’re charging about enjoying life with playful puppy enthusiasm.”
Man, between Keanu Reeves and Tom Hardy I almost believe that there is still hope for us humans after all.
