Celebrity power couple Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck just closed on a Beverly Hills mansion they purchased for a whopping $60,850,000.
As recently as 2018, the 38,000-square-foot mansion was listed for $135 million. Earlier this year, it hit the market again for $75 million before Jen and Ben snatched it up for just shy of $61 million.
There isn’t much that $61 million cannot buy but it’s always interesting to see what it does buy.
The sprawling mansion purchased by A-Listers Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck has 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms. There is a 12-car garage, 5-acre estate, mountain views, and a sports complex that includes “basketball, pickleball, gym, boxing ring, sports lounge and bar” according to the Coldwell Banker listing.
