Netflix released the first trailer for the upcoming series The End of the F**king World and it looks interesting. Featuring plenty of gallows humor, the new Netflix TV show follows two very intriguing British teenagers on a road trip. Unlike other TV shows or movies based on road trips, one of the teenagers wants to kill his travel partner.
The eight-episode show is an adaptation of the 2013 graphic novel by Charles Forsman of the same name. The End of the F**king World was released in the U.K. back in October. The story follows teenagers James, who is a self-proclaimed psychopath and Alyssa (Played by Jessica Barden), who is a foul-mouthed rebel. If James looks familiar it is because he is played by actor Alex Lawther, who was Kenny in Black Mirror.
“This isn’t your usual boy meets girl tale,” Netflix says. “Come join teenage outsiders James and Alyssa on a road trip like no other.” James plans to kill Alyssa on the road trip but will he fall in love with her instead? The End of the F**king World will be available on Netflix for your streaming pleasure on January 5, 2018.
