After showing up at Arrowhead Stadium for the Kansas City Chiefs 2024 opener against the Baltimore Ravens, Taylor Swift and her boyfriend Travis Kelce had the weekend off and decided to take in some tennis at the U.S. Open.

The pair went viral for a couple of reasons, such as Taylor Swift being seen in a photo with Brittany Mahomes after not sitting by her on Thursday, and for their cringeworthy karaoke rendition of The Darkness’ “I Believe In A Thing Call Love” while at the match.

Everything she does is so forced and staged,” said a reply to the video on social media.

“Taylor Swift only knows how to do things for people to see her doing them. No genuine spirit to be observed,” read another response.

“She’s such a wannabe. You can see what she’s trying to do here,” someone else chimed in.

Swift was in attendance at the Kansas City Chiefs’ dramatic last-second Week 1 victory over the Baltimore Ravens on Thursday, September 5, in which Kelce had just 3 catches for 34 yards. After inking a two-year, $34.25 million contract extension in the offseason, the Chiefs will certainly be hoping that Kelce is able to improve on those numbers despite now being 34 years old.

With Swift’s massive Eras Tour in the midst of a hiatus prior to FINALLY coming to an end later this year, it’s possible the pop star will be at all of the Chiefs’ games between now and then, as she’ll be on the road for her tour from October 18 through December 8.
