Sometimes you just gotta get a little mud on the tires, ya know? MUDDIN’ is fun, especially if you have a jacked up rig and snorkel exhaust that can handle getting your lifted Jeep through a flooded out creek. After all, kids don’t stop playing in the mud… their toys just get bigger. Roses are red, mud is brown…. Time in the woods is better than any time in town. Ok, I’ll stop now.
The Sherp is a Russian-built amphibious vehicle that probably popped up on your newsfeed a couple years ago as a video with a billion views. This one…
Anyway, it stole the show at a muddin’ contest at Trucks Gone Wild, an annual event at Al Benesocky’s Filthy Redneck Country Club in Saskatchewan.
In short, The Sherp could handle what all those other muddin’ trucks could not, making it’s way through The Impossible Bounty Hole with ease. Also: I’m mystified by how much fun it looks to stand around shirtless on a summer afternoon, crushin’ beers and watching trucks get muddy.
Peep the video at the top. It’s a great way to kill some time on a lazy afternoon.
