Every late-night host seems to find his shtick, and it looks like The Late Late Show‘s James Corden has most definitely found his—by getting famous people to sing a bunch of random songs while doing a Carpool Karaoke with them.
While Corden has done this in the past with people like Jason Derulo and Justin Bieber, the one he did with Adele last night might be his best one yet, because the singer shows some serious fire with her ability to rap some Nicki Minaj.
After seeing Adele go after the song “Monster”, Nicki Minaj couldn’t play her girl without giving some love, so she took to social media to show how impressed she was hearing the British singer flow as well as she did.

It looks like Adele has some bigger street cred than any of us ever thought she did, so I guess it’s cool to still have a bunch of her songs stuck in your head, bros—just don’t get caught belting them out while driving around alone in your car.
