WOAH: A ‘Bar Rescue’ Episode Accidentally Aired Last Night That Featured Killer of Country Star

Here's where things get weird: Literally hours after Ferrell killed Mills, Spike TV was scheduled to air its episode of Taffer and co. rescuing the Nashville bar. The network, obviously, pulled the episode from the 10 p.m. slot, but it forget to remove a late-night telecast. So some insomniacs out there watched a guy get a brand-new bar, which was doomed to soon become a grisly scene.

Spike TV issued this statement:

In our last minute effort over the weekend to pull the “Bar Rescue” episode featuring the Pit and Barrel, we regretfully did not remove a late-night telecast of the episode. We apologize to all those affected by the terrible tragedy over the weekend and to Jon Taffer, the production team, and our advertisers for our unfortunate human error.

Are you ready for Bar Rescue to be evidence in a murder trial? 'Cause it's totally going to happen. “Ferrell barely flinched when Taffer yelled at him about undercooked chicken. This man has the capacity to kill.”
