Gamergate started out as backlash from what was perceived as people being unethical when it came to game reviews, then quickly grew into this giant shit show full of death threats and “he said / she said.” Frankly, I’ve lost track of what’s actually going on, and if you’re in the same boat as me then let Stephen Colbert give you a nice little refresher course.
