Drake Pulled The Ultimate Power Move When His Neighbors Constantly Complained Of Noise Coming From His Mansion

Drake squeaked past 50 Cent this year in the richest rapper rankings, with an estimated $60 million net worth, according to Forbes. Not a bad haul for someone who hasn’t even hit 30 yet. To put it in perspective, Drake is the same age as I am and I typically turn my underwear inside out to avoid paying for laundry. I’m a late bloomer.

With money to blow, the Toronto rapper pulled a big swinging dick move after his neighbors in his Hidden Hills, California neighborhood continuously complained about the noise coming from Drake’s house, whether it come from his epic pool parties, sex, or working on new tunes.

Drake made true of his claim in Future’s Dirty Sprite 2 track “Where Ya At,” where he raps , “I’ll buy the neighbors house if they complain about the noise.” He bought the 4,445-square-foot, four-bedroom, five-bathroom house for a cool $2.85 million. Add that to Drizzy’s current home, a sprawling seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom pad he bought in 2012 for $7.7 million, and he’s got a bathroom for every player on the next team he’s bandwagoning.

Good on you dude. But most importantly, keep the memes coming.

The anti-drug people gave him a $50 savings bond for his brave contribution to crime-fighting, and upon the bond’s maturity 10 years later, he used it to buy his very first bag of marijuana.
