Let’s see…what does the Fast & Furious 7 have in store for us?
Parachuting Cars – Check
Armored Buses With Mounted Machine Gun Turrets – Check
Jason Statham As A Badass Villain – Check
The first trailer for Fast & Furious 7 is ridiculous. The seventh installment of the explosive over-the-top franchise is simply titled “Furious 7.” Back in the fold are Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, Dwayne Johnson, Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, Tyrese Gibson, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Elsa Pataky and Lucas Black. Newcomers are Jason Statham, Djimon Hounsou, Tony Jaa, Ronda Rousey and Kurt Russell.
Dom declares that the “sins of London” have followed the crew home, and Ian Shaw, Statham’s character, is coming after them to seek vengeance for the murder of his little brother, Owen. Dom also declares that it’s “one last ride.” Which would make sense after the tragic loss of Walker. Whatever happens to the franchise, Furious 7 looks to be a wild ride.
Furious 7 is scheduled to be released in movie theaters on April 3, 2015
