Netflix Is Rebooting ‘Full House’ Around DJ Tanner And Kimmy Gibbler, Who Are Both Hot Now

The nostalgia internet is a flutter with the news that Netflix has ordered a 13-episode run of a Full House reboot with Candace Cameron and Andrea Barber reprising their roles as DJ Tanner and Kimmy Gibbler. Here’s TV Line with the news, via THE UPROXX:

According to sources, Netflix is thisclose to ordering Fuller House, a 13-episode multi-cam continuation of Full House to star Candace Cameron Bure as D.J. and Andrea Barber as her BFF Kimmy.

Fellow Full House vets John Stamos, Bob Saget and Dave Coulier are being eyed to make guest appearances, with Stamos having a producer role, as well.

And sure, yea. Netflix knows the internet will explode around this. But I can’t help but wonder if the show wouldn’t be centered around Kimmy and DJ if the two hadn’t grown up to be real fire emojis.

Candace is smoking, first of all.

Meanwhile, Kimmy, despite always having a permanent, inherent dorkiness to her, still ranks high on the doability scale.

Look at the two of them.

The should call this show Full House of Hotties.
