Happy New Year!!!! Today the Gym Is Closed
Celebrate New Years Day with friends and family. Eat yourtraditional New Years Day food and be merry. Take time to think over
2013. The wonderful things that happened, along with the bad. Reflect
on how those moments made you wiser, stronger, happier, braver,
kinder etc, etc, etc,……. Know that 2013 is gone and now there is a whole
new year for you to mold and create. Exciting to say the least!!!!
Now think about your 2014 goals. What do you want to accomplish at CrossFit Forward?
Whatever your goal may be we are here to help. I would love to not
only hear your goals but help you obtain them as well. Please email

- Become more flexible?
- Hit that squat depth?
- PR a lift?
- Perhaps get that dead hang pullup?
- Make the time to come more then twice a week?
