Apparently not, as Jimmy Kimmel proved when he sent someone out on the street to ask people to identify the Republican candidate for President when given a choice of three faces. Faces that included Jimmy Smits as his presidential candidate character on West Wing and President Grant from Scandal.
No candidate was safe from being ignored either. Marco Rubio, Mike Huckabee, Carly Fiorina and Rand Paul all went unnoticed in the lineup at various points. No wonder Donald Trump is still doing so well in the polls.
