Clocking in at a whopping 2 minutes, 30 seconds this supposedly FINAL X-Men: Apocalpyse trailer provides us with the most details we’ve seen yet.
This trailer also confirms the rumors we had heard about one popular superhero actually making an appearance, though we can’t tell from the trailer how much screen time he will actually get. Oh, and it has a whole lot of Jennifer Lawrence because obviously the producers know that we really like her.
Why they felt the need to give away this hero’s appearance in the film is a bit of a mystery to me. Personally, I would have rather not known until I watched the film, but just like with Captain America: Civil War and Spider-Man they went ahead and did it anyway.
So if you DON’T want this movie spoiled like Captain America: Civil War was, stop reading now.
And no, we’re not talking about The Blob…
Here’s a little of what to expect, in case you’re video-impaired right now…
And here are even more pics, because Marvel is now in full-on balls-to-the-wall promotional mode…

Synopsis: Following the critically acclaimed global smash hit X-Men: Days of Future Past, director Bryan Singer returns with X-MEN: APOCALYPSE. Since the dawn of civilization, he was worshipped as a god. Apocalypse, the first and most powerful mutant from Marvel’s X-Men universe, amassed the powers of many other mutants, becoming immortal and invincible. Upon awakening after thousands of years, he is disillusioned with the world as he finds it and recruits a team of powerful mutants, including a disheartened Magneto (Michael Fassbender), to cleanse mankind and create a new world order, over which he will reign. As the fate of the Earth hangs in the balance, Raven (Jennifer Lawrence) with the help of Professor X (James McAvoy) must lead a team of young X-Men to stop their greatest nemesis and save mankind from complete destruction.
X-Men: Apocalpyse hits theaters May 27, 2016.
